    Based on the principle of low investment and high efficiency, and prioritizing the best available technologies suitable for my country's national conditions, the proposed wastewater treatment process, combining a septic tank + screen + regulating tank + anaerobic tank + biological contact oxidation + MBR + chlorine dioxide disinfection, is proposed based on the current status of similar domestic sewage treatment technologies, a comprehensive review of various wastewater treatment technologies, and the specific circumstances of this project. The MBR requires virtually no sludge removal and can maintain permanent operation through recirculation. The specific process is as follows: sewage is collected and fed into the septic tank. The effluent passes through a screen to remove larger impurities and floating debris. After adjusting the water volume and quality in the regulating tank, it enters the anaerobic tank to remove large organic molecules and improve the biodegradability of the wastewater. Denitrification occurs in the anaerobic tank, and the recirculation of the nitrified solution removes total nitrogen from the wastewater and improves the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen. The effluent from the anaerobic tank enters the contact oxidation tank, which features fillers to increase the contact area between the sewage and aerobic microorganisms, significantly reducing organic matter and other organic matter in the wastewater. The sewage after aerobic treatment flows into the MBR tank by gravity. The sludge is built into the MBR membrane tank. Aeration is used to maintain the sludge activity, further remove organic matter, and filter and clarify the water quality. The water in the MBR membrane tank is lifted to the disinfection tank by a self-priming pump, and then enters the clear water tank after disinfection by a chlorine dioxide generator. The clear water stored in the clear water tank meets the discharge standards. The water in the clear water tank can be used to backwash the MBR membrane.
